كما يقوم باسترجاع الوثائق والمستندات المهمة الخاصة بك بسهولة وذلك بضغطة واحدة ، كما يمكنه أن يقرر استعمال مجموعة متنوعة من الخيارات التلقائية automatic options ـ لديه خاصية مزامنة bi-directional تمنع فقدان البيانات ، كما يقوم البرنامج ايضا بمهام مفيدة أخرى حيث يمكنه العمل على المزامنة synchronisation بين الكمبيوتر المكتبي وبين اللابتوب ، بين الكمبيوتر والأقراص القابلة للإزالة كالفلاش ديسك وقارئ الأقراص وناسخ الأقراص ، وأيضا الشبكة المحلية والانترنت

How to synchronize two folders:

• Click the left Browse button and select the first (left) folder to synchronize,
• Click the right Browse button and select the second (right) folder to synchronize,
• Click Analyze button to see the list of file operations that will synchronize the selected folders,
• Click Sync button to execute the proposed synchronization operations.

Multiple Jobs:

• Pairs of sync folders can be memorized in a Job. Select Job -> New to create a new job.
• Job -> Options shows current job options. One of the options is Automatic execution of sync job.
• View -> Program Options shows global GoodSync options.
