NARUTO CHAPTER 680

[Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and Obito are falling into the lava pit]

Naruto: (Thinking) Chomei! I need your help [Chomei’s wings appear on Naruto back, allowing him to fly]

Naruto: Don’t worry guys I gotcha!!! [He then creates chakra arms out of the Kyubi’s chakra to catch Kakashi, Sakura, and Obito. Naruto sees Sasuke and reaches towards him with another chakra arm] Hey Sasuke I- [Sasuke teleports away]

Kaguya: So it seems that the new Ashura can use the abilities of all the tailed beasts… I wonder what Indra can do… [Sasuke teleports a few feet in front of Kaguya, charging at her with an enhanced chidori]

Sasuke: CHIDORI!!! [As Sasuke’s attack is about to hit, Kaguya grabs his arm but suddenly loses her grip, allowing Sasuke’s chidori to hit her in the stomach. She smacks Sasuke, knocking him back several feet into part of the rocky walls. Sasuke finds a small piece of earth to stand on nearby]

Naruto: Sasuke! [Naruto is on platform of earth near Sasuke with the shinobi he saved] You alright?

Sasuke: Yeah I’m fine… but, something seems “off” about her…like she doesn’t have full control of herself.

Naruto: Now that ya mention it, something does seem a little weird about her.

Sakura: [Talking to Kakashi] Something feels odd about this place.

Kakashi: I know, it has an almost otherworldly feeling to it... but we should just focus on helping Naruto and Sasuke.

Sasuke: [To Naruto] I’ve got a plan…

[Shows Kaguya]

Kaguya: (thinking) even now, he still has the strength to influence my body, even if only for an instant. I may have underestimated this era’s shinobi…

[Sasuke and Two Shadow clones of Naruto jump towards Kaguya, She is able to attack and eliminate the two shadow clones but is unable to stop Sasuke who quickly summons his susanoo, swinging its sword at Kaguya. Kaguya begins to dodge but for a second suddenly freezes, resulting in the susanoo cutting off her hand]

Kaguya: Dammit! [She prepares to create a bijuu-ball-esque chakra ball to fire at sasuke. Sasuke teleports back to Naruto and the others. She decides to not fire the Chakra blast]

Kakashi: [Thinking] Good strategy Sasuke… You knew that Naruto would be able to sense Kaguya’s chakra much better than any of us due to his sage mode as well as the nine tails abilities…Who would’ve imagined a few years back that you two would have such good teamwork…

Naruto: Well Sasuke, You were right. There’s some other chakra within her, its not as big as hers but every time you attack her it seems to control her for just a second.

Sasuke: And I’m guessing that other chakra is…

[Shows a shot of Kaguya’s face]

Kaguya: Damn you... [Her “inner world” (similiar to Naruto’s) is shown and in the middle of it. Madara stands] Madara Uchiha!!!

Madara: I will not let you interfere with MY infinite Tsukuyomi! I have attained the power of a god and created a world of peace and nobody, NOT EVEN YOU will stop me from having that which is my right. [Kaguya appears in front of Madara]

Kaguya: You fool. You really don’t understand. Just as you manipulated Nagato and Obito, I have manipulated you this entire time.

Madara: What in the hell are you talking about?

Kaguya: You see… long ago, I was eaten by the Shinju’s beast form, just like how I had eaten from it’s forbidden fruit. But I never truly “died” my will and chakra lived on within the Shinju. Even when it was seperated, a small piece of myself remained in each of the tailed beasts… as well as the Gedo Statue. When you summoned the Gedo Statue, it was what kept your aged body from dying. You fed of its energy to live, however, in doing so… a small bit of my own chakra and will slipped into you.

Madara: What?

Kaguya: Your will and chakra was already somewhat similar to mine and my grandson Indra so I was able to let a piece of myself slip into you via your connection to the gedo statue, planning for a way to escape. Then finally, you created black zetsu. The “will” you materialized was not your own but rather the will of the small portion of myself that lived in you.

[Back on the battlefield]

Sasuke: Now if he can remove Madara’s chakra from Kaguya’s chakra… We may have a shot at this…

Naruto: Are you CRAZY? That guy is-

Sasuke: Naruto! Calm down and listen! splitting the two up will weaken the chakra of both of them and may even put their bodies in a weak state, allowing us to immobolize one of them and fight the other.

Naruto: It sounds crazy but… I guess we can give it a try.

[In Kaguyas Inner World]

Madara: But, why? Why on earth are you doing all this? You wanted to unite the world and create an era of peace… that is what the stone tablet said.

Kaguya: I wish not only peace for this world, but, for them all… Just as Obito’s Kamui world, there are many worlds or rather “demensions” that exist. When I arrived in this world, I decided that it would be the world I use to conquer the rest…

Kaguya: Because this world… Is the home of chakra!
