TDK-Man's Circus is a very nice 3D remake of Atari's Circus
It looks like a breakout, but with jumping clowns instead of a ball.
The object of the game was to pop the balloons which scrolled across the top of the screen using two clowns which bounced each other off a seesaw which you moved back and forth across the bottom of the screen.

controls:
arrows left/right = move the seesaw
arrows up/down = move the camera
space = swap the seesaw round 180 degrees
shift = make the clown jump off the trampoline
Q = quit to the options screen
F1 .. F6 = camera angles
M = music track skip
