والحل مع ofiice2007 وهالمشكلة

يا اخوان انا عندي مشكلة كل ماسويت تشخيص تطلع عندي مشكلة وحلها في مايكروسوفت مدري وش هو يطلع لي كذا وش يعني ؟؟ وش دخل الطابعه ابي اعرف بحل هالمشكلة وايش المطلوب هنا

Windows XP:

1. Click Start and then click Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes screen displays.
2. Under the left navigation section, click Add a printer to open the Add Printer Wizard. Click Next .
3. Make sure Local printer attached to this computer is selected. If the Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer check box is selected, uncheck the check box. Click Next .
4. Make sure (Recommended Printer Port) is selected in the drop-down box. Click Next .
5. Under the Printers section, click a printer to select it. Click Next .
6. Make sure Keep existing driver (recommended) is selected. Click Next .
7. Type a new **** for the printer such as "virtual printer." Under Do you want to use this printer as the default printer , click Yes . Click Next .
8. Make sure that the Do not share this printer option is selected and then click Next .
9. Under Do you want to print a test page, click No. Click Next .
10. Click Finish to close the wizard. A new printer is added

Step two: Change the default printer

1. Click Start and then click Printers and Faxes .
2. Determine which HP product is selected as the default. A checkmark enclosed within a circle ( ) indicates the default printer.
3. Right-click a printer that is not an HP product and then click Set as default printer . This changes the default printer.
4. Close the Printers and Faxes screen.
