I am super happy to report that my back is feeling a LOT better and my leg pain has eased up a lot too. I’m wondering if the leg pain was something to do with my back, maybe a nerve problem?
cheap polo shirt I’ve mobilised as much as possible today and made sure I’ve not sat for too long and it’s definitely helped. I am now hopeful that I will be able to complete my long run on Sunday.
polo shop The husband and I have also decided to climb Snowdon on bank holiday Monday. It’s something we planned to do late last year but didn’t get around to doing it. Have any readers every climbed Snowdon?
I’m really looking forward to it as it’s something completely different and outside of my comfort zone. I love a new challenge and the husband said we are choosing a more difficult route rather than the easy path so it should be fun. Of course, I will take my camera with me so you lovely folks can see the journey :-)
If you recall, I posted about Inspiration the other day and I mentioned creating an inspiration board. I think I’m going to give this a try. I’m currently searching out inspirational and motivational images and phrases to stick on it and I’m going to hang it in the kitchen where I will see it often ?C not sure the husband will appreciate it hanging in the living room!
Food today has been good. I very nearly gave in and ate chips from the chip shop for dinner but the thought of having to post here that I ate them was enough to stop me hahaha! I’ve really got to get my eating under control a little better ?C I’m not choosing as wisely as I normally do and as a result, I’m feeling yucky. I think the worst thing I could have done was buy more rice crackers ?C those bad boys tempt me like nothing else! I think I will be donating them to someone else so they aren’t hanging around in my kitchen.
Breakfast was the usual porridge, topped with Greek yoghurt, raspberries & pecans.
