Sending your client an invoice is as easy as a click of a button. You can send an invoice for specific projects or send a consolidated invoice for any or all completed work.
Billings immediately alerts you when a client has an overdue balance - with obvious red icons. Never let an invoice fall through the cracks again. Finally some peace of mind.
Sending statements to your overdue clients is incredibly easy. Just hover over an overdue balance, then click to send a statement. Choose your template and send away.
Send the same invoice to your client every month? Setup a recurring invoice once and forget it. Billings reminds you the day of - with an easy one-click send button.
Have clients around the world? Billings lets you setup multiple currencies for billing clients in different countries — you can even define default currencies on a per-client basis.

What's new Version 3.6.0
New features:
Added multi-currency support. Define the currencies you use in the preferences and set the currency on a per-client basis. Currencies also use locale information as provided by the operating system, so that your clients get monetary values expressed in the format they expect (i.e. periods instead of comma's). In situations where cumulative values from different currencies are shown, the current exchange rate is applied. As such, some of those values are approximate and no longer literal.
-Some reports have had to be modified in order to accommodate the nuances of
multi-currency. For example, summary totals may not be shown if the report contains
information with multiple currencies in them (as the totals would be inaccurate even
if exchange rate is applied to them). Users not using multiple currencies will not
notice any differences with the exception of the Billed & Collected report.
-The system automatically determines your base currency as the current currency
specified in the OS (System Preferences) on the first run of Billings 3.6 (or Billings
Touch 1.1).
-If you use Billings Touch, requires Billings Touch 1.1.
Added the ability to re-order estimate slips before sending out an estimate. This works along the same lines as invoice slips re-ordering.
Added the ability to drag an email from Mail.app to the Links area in a Project card. Billings will remember the message id and in the future, when you double-click, it will open that email. You can also edit the link name so that it is more memorable.
Added the ability to do bulk invoicing. Go to the All Clients (Project mode), sort by unbilled, click on the blue cells, send the invoice and continue. Previously, the view would change and you'd have to go and re-select everything again.
Added a few fields (currency symbol, currency code, invoice) when exporting slips to text.
Added an export button to the invoice card as a convenience. Fixed export to text file in the account list view so that the menu (and contextual menu) is properly enabled.
Bug fixes:
Choosing to "Send Email" during invoice creation will be more reliable now with additional checks performed prior to the send.
Dragging and dropping a slip to another project with the "Option" key held no longer adds Copy to the slip name.
Dragging and dropping a slip with the "Option" key held down to the same project now refreshes properly.
Deleting a client always prompts you first.
Fixed client sidebar resizing on startup.
Added the ability for a script within an estimate/invoice/statement to know whether it is in preview mode or not.
Changed the default button when deleting an invoice to be "Restore Slips" instead of "Delete." The "Delete" button is the alternate button now. This is to prevent users from accidentally deleting the invoice.
Prevents re-linking of projects with invoiced slips to another client. The invoiced slips would then appear to be owned by the wrong client.
