"Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni - Dai Ichi Yoru" which means "On the Night the Red Spider Lily Blooms - First Night" is the 1st of Higanbana doujin visual novel series which was released on Comiket 80 August 2011. The game based on manga written by Ryukishi07 of 07th Expansion which was released on May 2010. "Dai Ichi Yoru" recounts Marie Moriya, a female student who is bullied by her classmates and persecuted by her homeroom teacher. Her desire for revenge is finally satisfied after she met a youkai (ghost) named Mesomeso (English: weeping and sobbing). Many years ago, Mesomeso died from being strangled by her teacher in school toilet. Now with the help of this supernatural beings, will Marie succeed escapes from her nightmares?
