Cover Page: X. Drake (or one of the Drake Pirate members) arrive to solve the problems, take Caribou away.
- Toy Soldier recalls the past, Dressrosa was a peaceful country and had no wars in 800 years. Everything changed when Doflamingo appeared on that night 10 years back.
- Doflamingo used to hijack ships of countries who were dedicated to the Celestial Dragons, the ships he hijacked used to carry "tribute". He became a threat to the World Government and demanded to become a part of the Shichibukai.
- Doflamingo demanded for King Riku's throne, he asked for a ransom of 10 billion Beli's from Dressrosa (King Riku). As King Riku didn't want a war and wanted to continue the peaceful rein over Dressrosa, he accepted this and was ready to pay the ransom.
- The Kingdom wasn't that rich, and thus King Riku and his men started also collecting a little bit of money via the citizens (donations/taxes, not yet clear exactly).
- All of a sudden, King Riku along with the soldiers he was with started attacking the citizens of Dressrosa and set fire to buildings, they had tears in their eyes whilst doing this. It was Doflamingo's doings, he was using his powers to control King Riku and the soldiers.
- Doflamingo was waiting in the dark until the time was right, when the country hated King Riku the most and he lost credibility, Doflamingo then appeared as a hero to save the people of Dressrosa from the king whom they presumed to have gone mad.

- toy soldier gives the flashback about how do flamingo took the throne 10 years ago.

الجندي اللعبة يتذكر كيف دون فلامينقو اخذ العرش قبل 10 سنوات.

- dolfamingo kidnapped the ships that took tribute from countries to the celestial dragons and threatened the world government to be part of the shichibukai.

دون فلامينقو اختطف السفن التي اخذت الجزية من الدول لـ التنانين السماوية وهدد حكومة العالم ليكون شيبوكاي.

- he threatened king riku for 10 billion berries for dressrosa. King riku didn't want a war. There's no wars for last 800 years in dressrosa so he accepted.

دون فلامينقو هدد الملك ريكو , الملك ريكو لم يريد الحرب , لم يكن هنالك حروب لمدة 800 سنة لذلك هو قبل بالدون بكون الحاكم.

- dressrosa soldiers went to the town to collect money.

جنو دريسورا في المدينه يجمعون المال.

- but suddenly king riku started attacking people and set fire to buildings with tears, he was controlled by doflamingo. Soldiers also started attacking people later.

لكن فجاه الملك ريكو يبدا يهاجم الناس ويضرم النيران في المنازل والدموع تسقط من عيناه . كان متحمكم به من فبل , الجنود كذلك بداو يهجمون على الناس ايضا.

- "the timing that hero shows up is when people have fears and hate king riku." doflamingo said to trébol, diamante and pica.​


"يظهر الابطال عندما يتملك الناس الخوف والكراهيه الملك ريكو " الدون يقول ذلك لـ تريبول ديامنتي وبيكا.


Doflamingo then appeared as a hero to save the people of Dressrosa from the king whom they presumed to have gone mad

بعد ذلك يظهر دون فلامينقو كـ بطل ويحمي سكان دريسورا من الملك اللي يبدو ان الجنون فد تملكه.
